About the Founder

Sara has spent 15 years dedicated to human rights advocacy, with extensive experience in the nonprofit sector, specialising in international development and fundraising. She has a mosaic of expertise across partnerships, communications and strategy.

When she launched Think Aloud Consulting in 2017, Sara was Director of Inspiring Girls International, leading the global strategy to raise girls’ aspirations by connecting them with diverse women role models. Having built a campaign to smash career stereotypes, in 2020 she was appointed to the Board of the Young Women’s Trust to continue amplifying women's voices. 

Currently, Sara is providing consultancy to organisations to diversify their income, develop bids to secure grants, produce case studies, conduct prospect research, design online events, and build strategic partnerships.
